Genealogy and the WWW

There are thousands of web pages commited to genealogy on the web - lots of small private pages (like this one), and a considerable number of free and even commercial pages.

This is a very small collection of sites that I have found useful in one way or another:

  Access to a part of the huge genealogy archive of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS, also known as Mormons).
  

There aren't many German genealogy sites on the web which I found useful.
